That can happen to any of us. Once we have received the package back, we can resend it for a fee in accordance with our current Terms of Purchase. The fee covers our additional costs for labor and shipping.
Please note that a returned package is considered delivered, and no refund can be issued even if you do not order a re-delivery, as the item is sold without a right of withdrawal. See our Terms of Purchase for more information.
