I ordered the wrong film — what now?

If you have ordered the wrong film, our ordering error guarantee applies: you get 50 % off a new film.

Here is what to do:

1. Cut up the incorrect films — all of them.
2. Take a photo where the cut-up films are clearly visible.
3. Order the new film through the ordering error guarantee form.

You will need your order number and the correct body model when filling in the form. If you also want to change tint level, state that there.
